It's sadly now a community centre without a community. I was here randomly one evening, killing time before my next appointment, and could not find anywhere for me to plant myself down. It felt like a dead town, and there were just cleaners walking around talking. Might be due to C19, but wished that there were more homely vibes at the very least, for the community around here. It's clean and well maintained though!

People’s theatre is fantastic
Today, 9 March 2023. I was charged 0.50 cents for 5 pages, for photocopying. NCCS wants the copies for submission to HR. I have asked for a receipt but a woman and a man PA Workers told me they cannot issue an receipt to me and the man have suggested that I should go across the road to ask for receipt. That's very bad CSO! I wonder are they going to pocket my 50 cents for good? People: Be Careful Of Official Scam.

Ok like any other community club in Singapore. Facilities and what not for the residents. All I can say it's a community club. It's a cut pace model here in Singapore. Every club offers the somewhat similiar faculties.
A nice warm place at the heart of Chinatown. Clean toilets and friendly staff but the overall reception area is not so ideal for a coffee break which is sadly not available.

A community center for the local heart landers staying around in Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar and Outram area. It has plenty of activities. It is a common space for people of all races to come together, build friendships and promote social bonding.
